I have always been interested in finding similarities in different practices and philosophies. And I found the elements in most of the ancient teachings: astrology to chakras, Ayurveda, Native American teachings, Chinese medicine and more.
So instead of specializing in one practice, I saw the elements as a way to bring a broken system into wholeness. I started using them to read people and felt my calling as a healer. I didn’t know what to call what I was doing (since this “title” isn’t well known) until a psychic said to me, “You are an elemental healer.”
This is how my unique method, inspired by the five elements, was born.
The meaning of the elements
There is no specific order, but I like to go from the heaviest element to the lightest, as in an alchemical process:
Earth – Physical body, safety, foundations, grounding and connection to Mother Earth, addressing the root causes of the problems
Water – Emotions, dreams, subconscious, intuition, being able to adapt and go with the flow of life
Fire – Passion, drive, action, transformation, the process of death and rebirth (Phoenix rises from the ashes).
Air – The mind, communication, letting go of what no longer serves you, elevating yourself and getting closer to the Higher Self.
Ether – A sense of wholeness and unity, the macrocosm in the microcosm (as above, so below), Source, eternity, love and light
How I use the elements in coaching my mother
I use the elements as a reading tool to get into the ‘field’ of clients in my 1:1 programs for expectant mothers and mothers. I can sense which elements in the person are predominant and which elements the person needs to cultivate to find more balance, because the main goal is to see the elements as a way to bring more balance into your life.
In addition to this reading section, the structure of my programs is based on the five elements, meaning that each healing phase uses the power of one element, in order from heaviest to lightest. I introduce my client to the element through a powerful healing meditation. This meditation allows me to channel the power of that element.
The power of the elements in mom coaching
The elements are not only the building blocks of our universe and life as we know it. The elements are alive and pulsating within us. We can call on the power of the elements at any time. For example, you can invoke ‘Water’ when you need cleansing, or ‘Fire’ when you feel like you want to transform deeply. It’s all about the intention, and ALWAYS remember that you have an intention that is for the highest good of all. The element you invoke will support your intention and accelerate its manifestation into physical reality.
If you are an expectant mother or mother and you are struggling with your motherhood journey, I would like to show you how powerful elemental healing can be.
