First of all, define the purpose of the spiritual exercise. What do you want to get out of it? Do you want to use it to regulate, tune into your intuition, to become creative or all the above? For me, spiritual exercise in motherhood means going back to an inner place that is home to me. I meditate, but in addition to using meditation to regulate my emotions, I also use it to activate my divine essence, find answers to my questions and to resolve the challenges that I stand for every day. For me, meditation is all and more. This spiritual practice is sacred. It helped me in countless ways and I will continue to return.
As a mother coach and spiritual healer, I teach mothers many spiritual practices that they can record. However, some of these are specific to healing and require more time and space. I know that mothers have limited free time, so I want them to find what works for them. What is important to me is that you have one or two spiritual exercises that you love and you feel happy to return to them when you need.
If I work one-on-one with mothers, I can do powerful practices that are specific to the person. I was asked to develop a meditation series, but I have always hesitated. There are already so many meditations available. Instead, I aimed to make something really unique and powerful and yet easy and easy to integrate into your daily routine. And the time has finally come. I believe that everything happens in divine timing.
