Why is daily gratitude sometimes difficult?

I am not gratitude Guru, but I have had a good part of the victories with gratitude and fail when it comes to my mouth and heart.

I know the importance of being grateful and what it does with the perspective of a life. But I also know the results of when we all let gratitude together.

I believe that the only thing that makes gratitude difficult for many of us, the constant pain and the evil that we see around us. For some of us it is difficult to stay positive and hopeful in our own strength when everything we encounter is negative and destructive. And if life does not go the way we would like, we and grumbling, making them no grateful to settle in our hearts and mind.

Who should be grateful and grateful?

This is a No Brainer for most of us, but sometimes you have to go back to basics. God has called everything for gratitude and gratitude. Even the flowers, the animals, and when we leave it to Marie Kondo, every lifeless object also in your house.

If you live, breathe and exists, you must thank your Creator, your support and those you encounter, and show gratitude. We should all work in a state of daily gratitude, which will not only feed our souls, but also the souls of people for whom we express gratitude.

What is the difference between gratitude and gratitude?

There is a unique distinction between the two, but I will allow Webster and Cambridge Dictionary delivery for you:

Gratitude: An emotion of the heart, excited by a favor or advantage; A sentiment of kindness or good will towards a benefactor. A virtue of the highest excellence, because it implies a feeling and generous heart and a good sense of duty.

Gratitude: The feeling of being happy or grateful because of something.

I wanted to concentrate on gratitude for this month, because it has more to do to make transforming changes with whom you pop up as a being and in the heart instead of just fluttering.

The Gratitude Explains it best:

In practice, which distinguishes them both, this is:

  1. Gratitude is independent, deep and in the long term
  2. Gratitude depends, surface level and of short duration

I do not want to be referred to as dependent, surface level or short! Gratitude is based on an event, while gratitude is based on a state of being.

How can the life of daily gratitude change your life?

As a single mother it is so easy for us to get frustrated, to lose the hope and give up. Gratitude splits the pressure, gravity and relieves the mental burden by fixing your mind on the positive, how God works despite everything in your life and what blesses us here. It absolutely takes submission from your mindwill and emotions, but it is possible. That is why God asks us to repair our Spirit:

… what is true, what is noble, what is good, whatever is admirable, which is beautiful, which is admirable – if something is excellent or commendable – think of such things. Phillipians 4: 8-9

and to:

Close every argument and every pretension that resides against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought to make it obedient to Christ. 2 Corinthians 10: 5

All so that we can look forward and:

Thanks in all circumstances; For this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 THessalonians 5:18

and experience his goodness in our lives:

Thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love continues to exist forever. 1 Chronicles 16:34

How do I live in daily gratitude as a single mother?

There is no specific science for gratitude, but I always encourage it to make it new community To make their gratitude daily intentions that work for them and help them grow. However, there are important components that are needed to maintain a constant lifestyle of gratitude.

  1. Start thanking God every day and acknowledge his goodness in your life and in this world.
  2. If you notice that you are complaining or are negative, add “And that’s how I like it‘Until the end. This is something that my First Lady, pastor Erica Moore shared with us when she shares about gratitude and works on our heart position. It gets me every time, because I quickly pointed out what is wrong.
  3. It can sometimes be difficult as single mothers, choose to share something that you are grateful for in places that burn or burden you; whether that work, parenting, family, etc. is
  4. Finish every night by sharing 3-5 things that you were grateful for that happened within that day. This is true Currently app Came for me because it gave me memories to rely on my gratitude and gratitude. And it keeps track of your consistency, shown below.

One thing about working in gratitude is that it takes care of the attitude of the rights that we are all used to that has affected us personally, relational, spiritual, mentally and emotionally.

As single mothers we can often develop the attitude ‘Woah is I’ and find that everyone should help us and do it for us, even God. But we are really not entitled to it.

Reminds gratitude of everything people do in our lives and how happy we are to move forward in a blessed life that society usually writes as liability. God gets the glory!

Another daily gratitude support

Here is a supporting article from one of my favorite authors to help you support you Gratitude Habit Building: Simple daily habit of adding more gratitude to your life

What am I grateful for as a Christian single mother and as a blogger?

To be honest, I am just grateful to God for creating me and choosing me for such an assignment like this. To get on the internet that is polluted by the ways of the world and to share it with women, like me and you.

I am grateful for a place to put my head, to raise and educate a divine child. And grateful for the means to pay for everything.

I am grateful for the many challenges I have when I parent my daughter with Christ, because I also grow up.

Every time I thank God, I am reminded of wisdom, teachings through experience and the ability to understand someone else in the same circumstances.

And finally I am grateful for downtime, I am grateful for the food I had to eat today, and the gas in my car to get me from the many different stores in search of uniform pants today. ((It gets cold in Arizona … 75 degrees) Why don’t they sell uniforms in the stores? At least for the unprepared mums. Fun

All in all,

I hope you found this message useful! In the comments you are grateful for and download your Gratitude Bundle by the Made 2 encouraging store With 2 bonus work sheets.
