We are made of energy and everything around us is made of energy. We are part of something bigger, whatever you want to call it: God, source, universe, the field of consciousness.
What is energy healing?
It is the practice of activating the congenital power of the body, the mind and the soul to heal, to be balanced and shifted by different modalities, all with the connection with the uniting field (source, spirit, God). Our souls chose to come to this planet to learn to be in the physical body and to work with energy here in the physical world. The connection we have with the source of everything is our strength.
Our souls know everything about energy and how we can work with it, but when we are incarnated, we forget the earlier knowledge and we start all over again. The earth is a school and we choose to come here to learn lessons. This is the most difficult, closest place for the soul because it is a place of duality (good and evil, feminine and male, and so on). It is difficult to navigate through this duality, but life gets a whole new meaning when we remember our connection with the source.
Energy work as an inheritance
I believe that energy work is the legacy that we can leave our children. Of course energy seasing starts with us. There is a lot of talk about conscious parenting and doing the inner work with which we can be better parents, but energy work goes one step further. Energy ranging is about reinventing body, mind and soul. When we use energy work, practice influences the whole family. And as our children grow, we can pass this on to them.

We can teach our children to work with energy to help them reach their highest potential in life. I wish my parents taught me all this, but I have the chance to get older otherwise – and so do you.
