You look online, watch TV and even in break conversations, people are talking about health. Whether it is about the health of the nation, mental health, the physical condition of your body, fitness programs and eating trends, health is very important for our culture.
But there is one area that tends a lot of communication -sales points to neglect, with regard to promotion, is spiritual health.

What is spiritual health?
Spiritual health refers to your core. The place where you find hope, a future and peace. The part of you finding harmony between your body, mind and soul.
Spiritual well -being helps you to process what you see in the world and how you can respond to what you experience. Your mind leads you in finding the meaning of life and identifying your unique goal.
Who should concentrate on their spiritual health?
Every living breathing creation on this earth should feed their spiritual health. Our Spirit is the life -giving component for our being. That said, is of vital importance to take care of your mind.
When should you re -assess your own spiritual health?
We must re -assess and check in this aspect of our health daily. I say daily because there is so much going on in this world at the moment that affects every part of our lives. If we are not careful, our spirits can be wounded to the point that makes recovery difficult.
If we are not attentive, we can unintentionally allow things in our mind and start seeing changes in our thoughts, behavior, emotions and interactions with others.
How can you work on your spiritual lifestyle?
You can work on your spiritual health in many ways. Here are a few that can help:
- Journalen- Moves questions, think positively.
- Prayer and meditation
- Read your Bible and be looking for faith
- Yoga
- Go outside in nature
- Laugh as much as possible
- Excercise
- Forgive
- Allow yourself to mourn
Of course there are plenty of things you can do to improve your spiritual health. However, I would not be in my calling if I would not warn you about the challenges that will influence your progress in this area of life.
There are many challenges that we have no control over. But there is an opportunity to understand the challenges, the reasons to know why spiritual health is important and to keep the benefits first in the way we live. Below I keep three reasons why we should not neglect it on our single mother trip.
3 reasons why you should not neglect your spiritual health as a single mother
1. It gives you a feeling of hope, goal and a future.
As I said before, how disturbing when the world looks now, this will also pass. We should not lose the focus on what awaits us because of the circumstances we see now.
Working on your spiritual health helps you to maintain discipline to live your vision and not get off the track when the wind comes. As a single mother we get a lot of wind and obstacles, but our response determines our future.
2. It helps you to stay true to the good in you and the people around you.
For this reason I have to work on my spiritual health. I am such an empathetic and very sensitive person. That’s why I do things of a good place, but not everyone accepts who I am. I really have to work on self -confident and rooted in who I am, so I will not allow the actions of others to ruin my view of goodness in me and around me.
If you are in a place that you don’t trust anyone, it’s probably time to see your spiritual health.
3. It reminds you that you don’t do life alone.
It is so easy to get caught in your own life and your own problems as a single mother. When life goes all the way over you, everyone around you. There is more to you than your situation. I belonged to a speaker Life of a single mother Say: “Look at life through a window, not a mirror.”
If you look through a mirror, you only see yourself. But when you look through a window, you start to notice the beauty around you, the people who love and want to help, and the needs of others. Everyone now does life, it’s better to do it together.

As a certified life coach, clarifying questions and action steps are my favorite things in the world. When it comes to your spiritual health, you should be able to answer those questions and have to have steps to build endurance in the course of time. Here are a few questions, I want to ask you to improve your spiritual health:
- Who or what do you trust?
- How are you the solution in the way you now lead your life, how do you go the solution?
- What do you want to change or happen?
- How are you going to implement the above suggestions to improve your spiritual health for the rest of the year?
All in all, I encourage you to postpone three specific things that you will keep, add and remove from your spiritual life to take care of your mind as a single mother. That way you have a solid vision and actions to be proactive in your own spiritual well -being.
