How do I build my gratitude?
There are many ways to grow in gratitude. A gratitude challenge is a great way to get started, but it’s not the only way. Here are a few simple ideas to grow in gratitude. You can use this in itself or in combination with a more structured challenge.

- Do a gratitude activity with your children to help them develop a grateful heart. This can be anything, from making gratitude lists together to going to a gratitude painter in the house or the neighborhood.
- Say often thanks. When someone does something nice for you, take the time to thank you. Showing gratitude will not only give the other person a good feeling, but it will also help to increase your own sense of gratitude. Sometimes it’s the simple things that count.

A gratitude challenge is a simple way to get out of a complaining and thankless rut and jump your journey to gratitude. It is also a great way to involve your children in gratitude activities. Even small challenges give you a little more motivation to pay attention to how grateful you are.

Below I have a few different gratitude options for you. I definitely recommend taking a longer gratitude challenge, if possible. By taking in a longer challenge, you will rather be a new habit of gratitude. However, if you just have to get started quickly, complain about thinking patterns, or you are about to have a disruption of your life (that is, there are also a number of shorter challenges to get you going.
30-day gratitude challenge
I have a few different options for you for a 30-day gratitude challenge. 30 days to take a challenge, hopefully it will become more of your daily routine. There is no good or wrong way to do this, so choose what sounds good for you.
Option 1: For thirty days, with your children, take every day to write down five specific reasons why you are grateful. Make sure you absorb big and small things! Look back on your list at the end of the month and think about all the good things in your life. The best of this challenge is that it can be adapted to your own needs. If you want to concentrate in specific areas of your life, such as your health or relationships, you will feel free to do this.
Option 2: Print the free 30-day gratitude challenge pdf Below and hang it on your fridge. Work on gratitude with your family every day. You can choose to write them down. You can be sure that this 30 -day challenge gives you and your family a more positive attitude.
7-day gratitude challenge
If you are looking for a shorter gratitude challenge, try the seven -day gratitude challenge! This challenge includes writing down seven things that you are grateful for every day. Again, it can be something as small as the sound of your child’s laughter or a good night’s sleep, or something more important, such as being able to help others. The point is to express gratitude during the day.
It is so easy for us to concentrate on material things, right? That is why this gratitude exercise will help you get your spirit of the here and now and now and on the positive things in your life. You can choose to concentrate on different parts of your life every day or simply write down what comes to mind. If you are on a role, don’t limit it to seven!
