Why You Need a Mom Coach

The transition to motherhood brings a lot out, and wherever you are on your journey, you have probably experienced unsolved things that come from your past to chase yourself on top of the daily stressors. Maternity is death and rebirth for a woman, and because of this intensity it makes sense that it brings forward traumas and unsolved emotions. This is the real reason why you need a mother coach.

Parenthood comes afterwards, which means that when you deal with these unsolved emotions, you can respond better to your triggers and listen to your intuition in parenthood. A mother coach, or at least this is my approach, helps you to cure your core wounds in the first place. And if you think you have not experienced trauma and that you have a good grasp on your emotions, I invite you to reconsider that.

There is a large trauma with the “t” and the small trauma with the “t.” We have all experienced small traumas, especially connected to how we grew up. If you become a mother, you will inevitably think of your childhood, what your parents have done that you hurt, what they did not give you and how you want otherwise want to get older. If you do not take the time and space to feel the emotions that emerge and investigate the cause, thinking remains at the surface level and emotions remain unsolved.

This is where my mother comes in coaching.

My mother coaching is spiritual. In my practice I use energy -cure (chakras, colors and elements), real Sidereal astrology (focused on the soul) and other intuitive tools. I can help you use the energy of these unsolved emotions and events and release them. I believe this is the best way to help you get the best mother you can be. But this is just the start of the transformation.

As soon as you let go of your past, you make room to create your version of motherhood without being influenced by how you were raised. You can take the values that you want to take with you and shape your own maternity journey from buoys. A good parent coach does not give you parenting tips, but helps you with your intuition to make the best decisions for you and your family.

This is what I do. I help you look at the big whole of your life, view the repeating patterns and break these cycles. The unique part of my work is that in addition to helping your wounds, let go of your past and remove restrictive beliefs, I also show you your soullesses, how they appear in your parenting challenges, and what you have to learn in this life to become the best version of yourself so that you:

Coaching the results of my mother:

  • Get in your soul goal and become the woman, mother and leader you are meant to be.

  • Enjoy prioritizing yourself and spend time with your children and partner without thinking.

  • Trust your intuition and make the best decisions for yourself and your family.

  • Embody your way of Empress Mama and create new legacies for yourself and your family.
