Mother’s Intuition: How To Use Intuition in Motherhood

Intuition is always there for you, Mama. The problem is that in this society we are used to looking for answers outside of ourselves. We rely on the so -called experts. Sometimes you might have to talk to a professional, and that is fine, but what you should remember is to always check in with your intuition and ask yourself to ask: “Does this resonate?” Does it feel good? “

This is essential in parenthood because many people have opinions about how to raise your children: your family members, teachers, doctors and society. But you, Mama, know what is best for your children, because your soul contract with your children is unique. Many souls that have come on the planet in recent years also do not fit in the mold (I am talking about those who are categorized under the Neurodivergent -Paraplu).

The problem with intuition is that exercise is needed to learn to listen and trust it. As a parent coach, one of the questions that mothers ask me the most is how to gain access to intuition and the distinguishing of fear. Both can be seen as voices in your head or sensations in your body, but if you get used to it, you will realize that they are different.

The voice of intuition is subtle. It is like a whisper, a soft push, and it comes to you in the present moment (not when you think of the past or the future). Your fear is loud, shouts things like: “You ruin your children!” Your intuition asks you softly to heal your wounds to become a better mother. When fear or unsolved problems stand in the way, intuition does not come. Your intuition appeals to you in a unique way.

Motherhood improves intuition. There are different parts of intuition that develop in the different phases, from pre-conception, to conception, pregnancy, birth and then.

Intuition before and during pregnancy

You open a channel to make contact with your spirit baby from the moment you decide to become pregnant (and even before). While the embryo grows and the soul of your baby lands in your body, the connection becomes stronger. In addition to developing this special bond with your spirit baby, you also start to notice more of the vibration and energy around you. It is known that immune weather is low during pregnancy, but this is also energetically valid. You are more sensitive to everything (food, people and environments).

Intuition in the birth process

A lot can happen during birth and postpartum. Too many mothers experience traumatic births, and that speaks of a systemic problem. I know because my first was a traumatic, unplanned C section. My second birth, after much inner work and planning, was an incredibly powerful home birth. Intuition can guide your entire birth process and make it magical. I completely followed my intuition and had the birth I wanted against all the expectations. It was a miracle of the eleventh hour.

Intuition in Postpartum and beyond

Postpartum can be a challenge, depending on the birth and your mental and emotional state. I know it can be a lot because I had postpartum depression and fear. The transition to motherhood, however, was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening. I healed by following my intuition and using energy work. When it comes to essential choices such as breastfeeding or formula, sleeping together or sleep training, there is a lot of controversy. That is why it is vital to close the noise and pull in to make the best decision for you and your family.

There is much to say about intuition in motherhood. As a parent coach and energy healer I help you to tune in to your intuition and to learn how your mother’s intuition speaks to you and how you can recognize it. You have everything you need in you, but you need practice to open up to your intuition, to listen and trust it. The healing work that we do in my 1: 1 program, Empress Mama – Voyage, also allows you to remove the blockages that prevent you from activating your intuition. I help you activate your self -confidence, female power and intuition, so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.
